Yes, big classic one. If you feel like drowning in an ocean of love when looking into the eyes of your Valentine, this one is for you. It means "You got beautiful eyes". Simple but direct.
2. Je veux être avec toi pour toujours
Efficient too. Feeling like the one by your side is THE one? Let them know by telling them "I want to be with you for ever". They'll love it (unless you met that person 5 minutes ago, then they'll probably freak out).
