1. The Finishers (De toutes nos forces, 2013)

French Drama film directed by Nils Tavernier.

Julien (Fabien Héraud) dreams of adventure. But when you live in a wheelchair, such dreams are difficult to fulfill. To do so, Julien challenges his father (Jacques Gamblin) to compete with him in the "Ironman" triathlon in Nice. A whole family comes together and reconnects in an attempt to see this incredible exploit through.


2. Patients (2016)

French comedy drama directed Grand Corps Malade and Mehdi Idir.

Following a serious sports accident in a swimming pool, Ben (Pablo Pauly), now an incomplete quadriplegic, arrives in a rehabilitation center. He meets other handicapped people, all victims of accidents, as well as a handicapped since their early childhood. Between impotence, despair and resignation, in the daily struggle to learn to move a finger or to hold a fork, some slowly find a little mobility while others receive the verdict of the handicap for life. Despite everything, hope and friendship help them endure their difficulties.


3. Serial (Bad) Weddings (Qu’est-ce qu’on a fait au Bon Dieu?, 2014)

French comedy directed by Philippe de Chauveron about a wealthy Catholic couple (Christian Clavier and Chantal Lauby) who are dismayed when three of their daughters marry outside their religion and ethnicity.
